Place the black tea bags in a large heatproof pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth.
Add the cold water, sliced lemon, and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher with the tea.
Pour the pureed strawberries into the pitcher and stir well to combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the Strawberry Iced Tea over ice cubes and garnish with additional lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
